Delivery

What are the delivery times?

In metropolitan France, delivery is made within 2 to 4 business days via La Poste. On average, your order arrives within 48 hours after shipping. For orders placed before noon (excluding weekends and holidays), shipping is done the same day.

For international orders, please allow 2 to 8 business days depending on the destination country.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free in France and internationally. Shipping costs are included in the displayed price of each product.

Are all products in stock?

Yes, all products on our store are in stock and ready to ship.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 31 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

How do I make a return?

Contact us at roaring20sparis@gmail.com with your proof of purchase. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. Returns should be sent to 14 quai de la Mégisserie, 75001 Paris, France.

When will I be refunded?

After receiving and inspecting your return, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 4 business days. Your bank may require additional time to display the refund.

Are personalised items returnable?

No, personalised items (custom orders, personalised engravings) cannot be returned, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

Do you offer personalised engraving?

Yes, we offer a custom engraving service on many products, including pocket watches and vintage flasks. You can personalise your message directly when ordering.

What type of engraving do you offer?

We perform high-precision laser engravings. You can choose text, a date, initials or a custom design depending on the product.
